  • Got home and my charge was charged twice. called corporate and the hotel to fix it & both blew me off saying they somehow can’t see the charges. marriott would never!!! this is what i get for making a last minute reservation. looking into a class action because i know i’m not the only one, these extra fees per swipe shouldn’t be my responsibility when i only used my card once, and the time used to call back and forth, getting hung up on 3 times for their mistake is brutal!.
