Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
TrustGlance is a tool that provides trust insights for a place or business at a glance. We show how trustworthy any business or place is — based on real customer reviews, community feedback, and AI-powered analysis. We surface honest insights that help you make confident decisions at a glance.

We analyze customer feedback from public data for patterns and issues across key areas that matter to the specific business or service.
Trust Levels reflect how confidently you can expect a good experience, based on real-world signals from customer reviews.
- ✅ High: Strong positive signals; most guests had a great experience.
- 😐 Medium: Mixed feedback; some positives, but notable issues reported.
- ⚠️ Low: Repeated concerns; potential risks worth noting.
- 💀 Zero: Strong warnings; serious or consistent negative patterns.
Note: For some categories, these levels may appear with custom labels (e.g., for Noise Level: 'Quiet', 'Noisy'). The meaning still follows the same trust scale.
